awesome 3 level townhouse with a balcony! 2 large bedrooms available for single or double occupancy available. one bedroom is on the third floor next to a full bathroom. the other room (less expensive) is on the first floor and does not have a bathroom on the same floor. first floor features said bedroom, new washer and dryer, and entrance into one car garage. second floor has extremely spacious living and dining area, kitchen, balcony, and half bathroom. third floor features two bedrooms, (master is already claimed) closet space, and full bathroom. great location near rutgers and 2 blocks from easton ave.

currently we only have one bedroom occupied, by me, aubrey (21 she/her) and my boyfriend danny (26 he/him). we are both working professionals with full time jobs. we are clean, communicative, artistic, lgbt+ friendly, and smoker friendly as long as it isn’t in the house! we are trying to find 1-3 people (gender doesn’t matter) around the same age whether it be grad students or working professionals.
