• Flat rate of $800 per month
• Feel free to decorate your room according to your taste
• Monthly cleaning lady visits for common areas
• Shared downstairs bathroom with other downstairs tenant

Move-In Costs:

• $75 lease fee upfront
• $250 pet deposit
• $400 refundable housing deposit

There are three older roommates that occupy the other three bedrooms. Each of them are very kind and respectful, and everyone mostly keeps to themselves besides occasional small talk in brief interactions. Common areas cleaned up after use, very tidy. One dog will be living there at time of move in, but more pets are welcome!
