Newly built house from May 2024. Only twenty minute away drive the UNT Denton. Nearby lots of shops and activities.

There are five beds rooms. I occupy the master bedroom downstairs, and the tenants occupy the upstairs rooms of the other bedrooms. I have also made a shared living room set up for everyone to use upstairs in the game room. You will have a shared bathroom upstairs with two other males, & one female which has a jack and Jill sink. There is also a half bath downstairs to use as well. I have a deep freezer and full size fridge in the garage so plenty of space for food for yourself! You are welcome to install your own mini fridge in your room.

There is also a half bath accessible downstairs. Which you can use to get ready in anytime.

Kitchen can be used as wanted and needed. I purchased 48 kitchen items specifically for tenants (cooking utensils, measuring cups, plates, cereal bowls, dinner bowls, coffee mugs, & more!) Can also use my labeled/designated kitchenware and appliances for use (I have a toaster, rice maker, griddle, waffle maker, iced and hot Coffee Kuerig maker, cake mixer, grill, etc) so long as you treat with care and if you break it, we ask that you kindly replace it. ;) Can also make space in cabinets for your own items.

Tenant Parking available in front of house, street, driveway, but please be mindful as the other renter and myself sometimes use the garage and needs to not be blocked.

Pets will be allowed on an individual basis for a one time deposit of $200-$300 price can be negotiated and deposit will be fully refundable upon lease end if no pet damages occurred. We have a decent size backyard for pets to play in.

There are plenty of amenities in our neighborhood. There’s a pickleball court, soccer field, playground and they’re in the middle of building a track field/outside workout gym, splash pad, and a pond that you can actually fish out of and catch what you eat.

I ask that you are clean, tidy, and to not have frequent guests. Must also pass a background check, contract will need to be signed upon lease, must be able to pay security deposit.

Each tenant is responsible for monthly cleaning/shared chores (vacuuming, cleaning shared bathroom, fridge, and cleaning counter space/oven/stove - all split amongst tenants and landlord).

One room is being leased to a funny, kind, respectful and friendly late 20s year old professional male. He is a manager at Ace hardware, loves gaming, watching tv shows, movies, and loves animals!

One tenant is in her 40s and going to grad school, working full time, and doing an internship. She is very hardworking, courteous, caring, kind, communicative, & intelligent. She loves to cook, stretch, listen to music, & more!

One tenant is a shy, sweet, and kind young professional early 20s, keeps to himself, very respectful. He likes gaming and occasionally streams and records, music, and likes to keep things tidy.

I bought this house as an investment and future family house so I ask that you treat it with care and respect! I work from home (but travel 100 miles total to go in office twice a week) so ask that it is quiet downstairs during office hours. I have one maltipoo named Yui who is about one and a half. She is generally quiet (besides barking if someone knocks at the door) and calm and loves cuddles! We love watching friends, new girl, anything Disney related, criminal minds, marvel movies/shows, and anything concert, music, or nerdy related. I also stream on twitch as we play a lot of video games in our free time. We are LGBTQ+ Allies. I am also musician who post content and create music :) so you’d have to be okay with live music while I record (but we will doing it during respectful hours of the day). We as a household are friendly, but also understand social batteries are not all the same so we respect your space as well! I have been on my own and moved out on my own since I was 18 years old and have been working 1-2 jobs and plenty of overtime. I am hardworking, motivated, and passionate about people, who love to open my home and accept everyone as they come. I like to do makeup, listen to music, bake, and work out. I generally like to keep to myself as I am an introvert, but open to socializing as energy permits between roommates! I strive to create this to be a safe and open place during your time here!
