Hello. I am looking for a roommate to take my room. My house has a total of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and one toilet. It is fully optional, and the furniture in the photo will be sold at a low price if you want it. You can move in as early as May 1st, or as late as May 10th! The monthly rent is $660 and does not include utilities. Since utility bills vary depending on how much you use, I pay a total of less than $710 including utility bills. And also need to pay a security deposit of $1425 (which will be given back at the end of the lease). The house is located near China town market, 10 minutes walk to Forsyth Park and Kroger!
