Looking to fill three rooms and potentially the master with an ensuite bathroom which is $1500 while the other three are $1200. (1200 room pictured)

One of the best parts about the place is the location. The CU campus just .4 away and Whole Foods heading towards Eldorado Canyon is about .5 away the other direction. Eldo Canyon is a short bike ride away - as our the best mountain biking/running trails.

The house is also far nicer than most houses you’ll look at - which everyone who has stayed here so far has said - and also one of the main reasons I’ve not yet had anyone come to see the place that didn’t immediately want to sign.

In the living room, there are floor to ceiling windows that look straight at the Flat Irons just across the field and are unobstructed - which is very rare in Boulder.

The rooms are good size too with hard wood floors, biometric locks for convenience / security, new ceiling fans, large closets, and were painted just last year.

The house has a lot of random extras like a cold plunge, a new Peloton, a lofted bed with a net that’s loft height that extends out to hangout on.

There’s also a Super 73 electric bike, tons of seating / lounge chairs in the back, and full-size green house and shed for storage.

The house also has a massive kitchen that’s been updated and just painted. The pantry is also huge with a new washer and dryer and lots of storage space.

As for tenant matching, I spend a lot of time getting it right versus just saying yes to the first people that want to stay - like most other places. So far it’s been amazing and everyone has become super close as you can see in the pic attached of my last roomies.

Cats and dogs are a maybe and it’s case by case… kind of a 50-50. It largely depends on other roommates and how they feel about it and if the cat or dog is extremely chill and if the owner is super, super on top of taking care of it at all times.
