Looking for a roommate to share a three story Townhouse in Irving, right off of O’Connor. $950/month and $250 deposit. Unfurnished. Utilities not included and will be split evenly. I’m moving into the Townhouse (landlords are my parents) mid June. Move in date as it stands is June 15th, but that can be negotiable. Bottom floor is 2 car garage, where the laundry is located. Also the room for rent with its own bathroom. There’s nothing else on that floor so you have the whole floor to yourself! Second floor is the communal space with fireplace, balcony, kitchen and half bath for guests. Third floor is my bedroom. .8 miles away from commuter train. Right next to a big park, including skate park. Restaurants and grocery close by. Smoking permitted outside, balcony, or in garage. Just not inside the townhouse. I’m also 420 friendly. No pets Must be able to pass a background check (as per the landlords).

About Me: I’m 32, bisexual, and have many friends in the area. While I am planning on having people over sometimes, I will happily communicate with my roommate on when. While I’m more extroverted I’m happy to give you your space. Professional seamstress. I’m a big geek who plays Dungeons and Dragons, ren fair, Board Games, and goes to LARP. I also love concerts and am in the punk and emo scenes. I love to cook and would enjoy sharing some meals.

Looking For: Someone who is also in the LGBTQ community, or an ally. Hopefully someone that I can be friends with and maybe have a few shared interests. Someone that will help keep the communal spaces clean.
