Renting out my 2nd bedroom. I’ve been living at the property for 3yrs now. Good location close by Santa Clara University, grocery stores & gas stations. Room comes with bed but no frame unfortunately (feel free to decorate as you please). Planning on leasing room for 6months or month to month. If an extension is needed we can possibly negotiate something. My home is my peace ☮️ I would like to share that with the right roommate. I’m a very private person. I hardly have people over. The ideal candidate would have to be fully employed(students welcome). Apartment is always clean. Bathroom will be shared, as for parking it will be on the street.

I’ve been at my apartment for 3yrs & I really enjoy the area, it’s quit and neighbors are friendly. On my free time I’m usually just at the house relaxing or out of the city with my girlfriend.
