Joe's room

The house is a very nice and charming Craftsman Style Home, newly renovated, with high ceilings and front porch, located in the Garden District (between 4th and 5th streets), beautiful trees and close to downtown, safe, and quiet neighborhood.

The private room is large with high ceiling and walk-in closet. It is furnished with a new bed with new headboard and frame set, dresser and night stands. NOTE: House newly painted… Room has new paint, it’s light tan walls an white trim. The shared bath is large with all new fixtures and glass enclosed shower & tub. And large storage closets.

Roommate will have use of the entire furnished house, kitchen and use of washer & dryer as well.

The house is beautifully furnished… “pictures available upon request” if you are seriously interested and for my privacy as well. . I have Spectrum high speed wifi for TV, etc. and if you want to have this service, we will split the monthly bill.

I am a business management consultant and a professional businessman and live alone. I am a private, responsible, and respectful person. Easy and fun to get along with and respectful of your privacy and will expect the same. I have 2 very nice quiet cats that are like family to me… they are totally indoor cats, shy and independent and don’t get in the way or bother anyone… so liking cats is a must as well as watching that they don’t get let out of the house is very important!
