I have a complete “Mother-in-laws” style apartment for rent. No full-time double occupancy. I’m looking for a grounded, long-term tenant, no “passing through or just finding myself in Colorado”.
The apartment has a full bathroom, kitchen, and sunroom with a private separate entrance. It is about 600 sq. ft. and has fresh paint. Clean stove and refrigerator. No laundry but it’s close. It’s attached to a large house on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large yard one block from the Garrison light rail station, just minutes from Golden or downtown Denver. Independent central air conditioning and heat, street parking in the cul-de-sac for your vehicle. Rent is $1,400 a month cash and that includes gas, electricity, trash, and water within reason. You would be responsible for your own wi-fi. I will require the first months’ rent plus a $1k security deposit up front. You are willing to submit to a background check (no felonies) and provide proof of extended income, good credit, and sign a roommate rental agreement. You have your own stuff. No pets. No cigarette smoking in the house, 420 OK outside. I’m a retired guy, very neat with1 medium size dog that stays indoors most of the time. We must be compatible. My last tenant lived here 8 ½ years. Very quiet neighborhood.
