Skyline Drive

I’m looking for someone (or a couple) to fill an unfurnished master bedroom with private bath in a 3 bd / 2 bath house. Amenities include a 2 car driveway, outdoor storage shed, shared kitchen, living room, outside deck, fenced yard, and in house washer and dryer. I have 2 friendly dogs and one more would be okay if they all got along! $1400 + utilities.

39yo female. I work evenings bartending at a local brewery. Outside of work I enjoy outside activities with my dogs. Definitely not a party house but open to occasional social gatherings.
