Looking for females only. Kitchen, dining and living room will be shared. No smoking indoors. Off-street parking and public transportation is available. First month’s rent and security deposit to move-in. Utilities will be shared 1/4. Bed and nightstand are provided. You’re responsible for daily trash takeout, maintaining your room and common areas, toiletries and washing dishes. There’s no laundry in the house.
