Renting 3 bedrooms in a Highland Square home. Females only. I currently reside in the house. Lease term is month-to-month. There’s a full bathroom downstairs for use. When there are no other occupants, this bathroom will be private. Kitchen, dining and living room will be shared. No smoking indoors. Off-street parking and public transportation is available. First month’s rent and security deposit to move-in. Utilities will be shared 1/4. Bed and sheets, and nightstands are provided. Any other questions - feel free to ask.
