900sq ft total, private backyard, large open kitchen, apt is furnished, only bedroom is unfurnished. Rarely home as I work a lot. Very close to markets, good restaurants, gym, and public transportation off main Street Western. Also close to 110 freeway.

I’m a 23(f) looking for some by May 1st, whether short term or long term, I just really love my apt and don’t want to move! I’m pretty friendly tho also tend to keep to myself and do my own thing. I love cooking and maintain a tidy space. I’ve got one 5yo cat that’s friendly.
