Resting along Downtown our beautiful neighborhood would have you to believe we were in a senior community. Yet, the WINSTON SALEM DASH ballpark has a bridge that connects US to THEM and therefore, really that’s the only time that you will hear any noise or know that SOMETHING IS GOING ON. The birds chirping is absolutely refreshing to wake up to daily.
💥The peace is worth its weight in gold. Therefore, if this is not for you PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. If you are someone who HAS people coming and going, PARTIES. loud music, excess COMPANY, etc…, THIS IS NOT, LET ME REPEAT, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. 💥THIS HOME IS OUR SANCTUARY, SAFE PLACE AND WILL REMAIN A SAFE PLACE AT ALL TIMES. Everyone here values THEIR PEACE, CLEANLINESS AND THE ADULTNESS OF IT 💥In addition, while our community is city close we still consider it COUNTRY QUIET. It softens the hustle and bustle of the city, with nearby parks and the lush forests offer no shortage of peaceful views and fresh air when you want to experience the peace and quiet of nature. We have local gyms extremely close, neighborhood stores, malls, restaurants, gas stations, hospitals, etc… We are 3 minutes away from Baptist Hospital and 5 minutes from Forsyth. We are 1 minute from interstate 40/421 and 2 minutes from highway 52.🥰 IT IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FRIENDLY!!!! 💥As for y(our) new HOME, it includes an active security system, pest control and lawn care. We have assigned parking in front of our home. And the neighbors respect and honor that. 💥Lastly, rent is $800, the deposit is $300, and BOTH are expected before the day of move in.
