Brand new build located in Old Town Erie. Large room upstairs with huge walk-in closet on the top story that could be furnished or unfurnished, just let me know. My son (7) uses one of the sinks in the bathroom but doesn’t use the shower, so it would be more of your bathroom. There’s two sinks but not next to each other.
