We are located in a quiet suburb that is centrally located within a 5-mile proximity between grocery stores and various restaurants: Buffalo Wild Wings, El Toro, Penn Station, Meijer, Kroger, Walmart.

We are located 15 minutes from Dayton Airport.

There is a Metro Park located 5 minutes from the house, it’s a great place to hike, play disks, ride horses, etc.

This is a well-maintained house located in a peaceful neighborhood on 1/2 acre. You can relax outside on the porch or in the large open living room with a fireplace.

I am the owner of the property and would be the only other person staying in the home. I am quiet and kept to myself. I will accommodate you in anyway that I can. I am looking for someone who is respectful and easygoing.
