North Hills Drive

The room is private with a shared bathroom. The apartment has a galley style kitchen, a washer and dryer, a living room, a dining room, a porch and indoor and outdoor storage. It’s cozy, but uses the space well. I already have a couch and an entertainment center. If you want to add furniture, this can be a discussion. I am happy to share dishes and silverware.

I pay for AT&T Fiber, so the internet here is great. Bills will include electricity, water, and pet rent if you bring a dog. No cats as my cat does better being the only one (though she does well with most boy cats if that’s what you have).

The Ridge is a great little apartment complex. It has a pool, gym, community garden, basketball court, tennis court, dog park, and wonderful maintenance team.

An HEB, pet store, post office, library, a nice park, and multiple shops are all within walking distance. Also, the complex is just off of Mopac, so it’s easy to get to downtown Austin (my car commute is 10 to 30 min a day) and is across from multiple bus stops.

I’m an AuDHD, Jewish, queer, trans masc nonbinary person (they/them) in my late 20’s. I work a 9-5 tech job downtown, but sometimes work from home. I’m also taking classes at ACC. I have a big dog named Persi who is well trained (though she barks sometimes) and a cat named Lucy. I keep a very clean and organized apartment. My current roommate and I have a weekly chore agreement. I go out with friends regularly, and talk on the phone a lot. I don’t bring people over much, but this varies.

My hobbies include: hiking with my dog, painting, videogames, reading, watching anime or Dropout, gardening, and listening to podcasts.

I would prefer a roommate that is also LGBT+, communicates well, is neat and willing to regularly clean after themselves, and can commit to quiet hours after 11pm.

I’m quadruple vaccinated, and still mask in most public crowded spaces. Would appreciate same.
