Hiya! I’m looking for 1 to 2 roommates to resign a lease with me starting June 1st. The house is in the Woodfin area and is a 3 bed 2 bath. The landlord will require proof of income, a steady rental history, and a background check. Unfortunately, the house is not pet-friendly.

Total rent is $1,995 for 2 people or $2,095 for 3 people. Lawn care is an additional $50 per month and utilities aren’t included. The total estimated monthly breakdown for 2 vs 3 people including utilities is shown in the pictures (please disregard exact pricing in this listing). I have the back bed and driveway parking).

The neighborhood is safe, homey, and family-oriented. The house is about 15 minutes from downtown AVL, 5 minutes to downtown Weaverville, and 20 minutes from the parkway. Beaver Lake is also a short drive away which is great for anyone who likes to get daily walks/runs in.

A bit about me, I’m 25, have lived in NC for a little over 2 years, and moved to AVL last summer. I enjoy traveling, yoga, hiking, live music, anything art and design, and spending lots of time in nature. I’ve also recently gotten into indoor climbing and am always looking for new hobbies. I enjoy my alone time but also place strong value on quality time with people I care about. I work from home as an art curator and spend my weekends enjoying all the mentioned above.

To align with my work schedule, I’d ideally like to have roommates who don’t work from home. I keep the common areas pretty clean. I’d like to have roomies who enjoy chatting in the living room and going out together every now and then but also value living their own individual lives. The majority of the time I enjoy a quiet space but also like to host and have friends/partners over. The ideal housemates would be female in their mid-late 20s.
