Yara's room

We will have two upstairs bedrooms available July 1st in Rocklin. Nice area, super central to both Rocklin and Roseville. We normally go on a 6 month lease through a property management company. If we vibe and choose you we’ll have you go through the application process to be added to the lease. Rooms are approx 10’x10’. Shared bathroom with whoever gets the 2nd room. Shared kitchen/laundry room and some of the common spaces. Bills/Utilities/Internet split evenly per person.

We are a kind, chill couple. LGBT. Bit on quieter side, nerdy and eclectic. We mostly keep to ourselves but definitely would love to find people we vibe with. We don’t do house parties, occasional get together with friends or D&D sessions. 1 other roommate who has the downstairs bedroom and most of the garage space, he also keeps a nice garden in the backyard. We all work, and/or do part time school. We have 2 extremely sweet cats, would rather not introduce them to other pets.

Kindness and respect for personal space and boundaries are a must. Cleanliness in kitchen and common spaces. 420 friendly but we smoke outside.
