Sarah's room

This is a duplex in South Linden. My side is a 3-bedroom plus basement home that includes a washer/dryer and 1 bathroom. This home is walkable to the bus stop and also has parking. Internet and all utilities are included. This space is open-minded and desires kind people who get along well. There is no need for community, though it is welcome and supported. I have a nice living room space and a kitchen with nice dishes and such. Most of the areas are furnished except for beds, since it’s only been me so far. There’s a shower and bath plus outdoor herbs and a front & back porch. It is a beautiful space with amazing neighbors, and I feel safe and happy here.

I will be traveling, so I am searching for a few roommates to fill the space. I will be here rarely, as I will be out of country and then out of state; however, I’ll keep a room available for myself so that I have a homebase. I am very cool haha spiritual, chill, sensitive, free-spirited, mature, and optimistic. I have some plants I might like to keep in the house with you if you’re open to that.
