About the room
I’m subleasing my studio apartment from May to August, the duration is negociable. There’s a divider between the room, and it’s quite big. The building is 5 minutes walk to the Harrison path station, and many restaurants and markets around. The neighbor community are all residence buildings and it’s very safe.
-Electric table, office chair, bed, bed frame, sofa, hangers, dishes, vacuum, floor cleaner -washer & dryer in the room. Large balcony with river view. -Room with its own divider is equivalent to an alcove studio. -Large closet storage space/wine cooler /dishwasher /microwave /refrigerator /oven /sink disposal in room
-Building amenities including gym/swimming pool/grill/lounge/study room/dog park/indoor parking/separate trash area on each floor/delivery box/24 hour concierge/locked access to the building only. Females are preferred. If you’re interested, please send me a message.
