Room available starting from April 15th, 2023. Located in a heart of Mission in a 3-bedroom apartment. The house has total of 3 apartments. Room is fully furnished queen size bed, work desk, dresser. It has a separate closet. 2 blocks from Bart on 16th/Mission and every other public transportation. Minutes’ walk to Dolores Park. Really everything you need is around. Free laundry is on site. I’m female, and work full time.i like to enjoy laid-back, quiet, lazy evenings at home. I like to enjoy a nice meal, have some wine, watch TV, talk, laugh and regular programs (Supernatural, Family Guy, SNL, and 60 Minutes to name a few). I also like to channel surf (ESPN/2, Discovery, TLC, History, TV Land).I also like to go to movies, the symphony, comedy shows, a good sports bar or a bad dive bar. On the weekends, I like to sleep-in late. I’m mostly reserved, but I can be loud once I warm up and I have a good sense of humor—sometimes dark, sometimes dry. I’m not a neat-freak but cleanliness is a must: messy is one thing; dirty is something else entirely.
