Furnished sublet available in beautiful Greenpoint loft from March 1st through April 15th. The building is an old glass factory that houses many artists and more from the community and is also home to the restaurant Glasserie. The neighborhood has many great restaurants nearby, such as Anella and Esme and Paulie G’s, fun bars like the springs and romonas and troost, and cafes like champion and bakeri. There is also a full grocery store one block away. We are a short walk to Williamsburg and all of its offerings.

The loft features a large living space with dining area and a projector for movie nights, large eat in kitchen area with plenty of cookware, and a bathroom with washer/dryer.

You would be sharing the space with three guys, one which has his own bathroom and is rarely in the space. One is a freelance producer and works from home from time to time. And the third is an actor and tour guide with an irregular schedule. We respect each others space and also share delicious meals together.

The building is located between the Vernon stop on the 7 train in LIC or the Greenpoint Ave stop on the G train, about a 10-12 minute walk to each one, or catch the B43 bus one block away.
