20 minute walk, 4 minute bike, 2 minute drive to Whitman. Nice walk to pioneer park. The space is a second-floor large bedroom (in a house). Shared bathroom large private fenced in yard with deck and fire pit.

Laundry can be shared for an additional $30/month (just to cover additional utility costs). Garage parking for an additional $25/month (street parking available for free). Security cameras surrounding house and yard. No smoking inside. Bedroom door has lock and key. Shared kitchen on main floor is designed gluten free. Kitchenette upstairs for gluten food. No parties in the house.

Master bedroom downstairs is taken by a female pre med Whitman college student with a small very friendly dog. Likes to go to bed early and will be up early for classes.

Other upstairs bedroom is taken by an female environmental studies bio and art interested Whitman college student. Will be up early for classes and sleeps relatively late.
