Amanda's room

Unfurnished private bedroom and bathroom with furnished dining room, living room, and kitchen in a 2bed/2bath first floor apartment with one assigned parking space in Mission Valley. Amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, 24 hour gym, tennis and basketball courts, business center, and club house, as well as on site staff and maintenance. The trolly station is steps away and various shopping centers and a public library are all within walking distance. The Fashion Valley Mall, night life in the Gaslamp Quarter and North Park, and all of the beach communities are just a short drive away. The 8, 163, 805, and 15 freeways are all nearby for easy commuting.

I have been living in San Diego for almost three years. I’m a health care worker and work three 12-hour shifts per week. When I’m not at work I enjoy hiking, surfing, and exploring the city with my dog. I love finding new restaurants and spending time on the beach. I’m not a big partner but I do like going out with friends every once in a while. I value having a clean space to come home to at the end of the day and am hoping for a roommate who feels the same!

Nala is a 7-year-old husky mix (50 lbs). She is very friendly and loves to cuddle, but is very protective over her people. She takes her job of guarding the house very seriously.
