Hi!! I’m subleasing my room at the retreat east. You get your own bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom comes furnished. You would get two dressers, a queen size memory foam bed that comes with a bed frame, a desk, and a nightstand. The living room is also furnished with a couch and two love seat chairs and dinning room table. You share the living area and kitchen with the other girls. It’s a very safe neighborhood, I never had any problems. They have a 24/7 gym which is amazing. Also, the pool is to die for, it’s a resort style pool. If you’re a student they have a shuttle that comes every hour which is very convenient. The shuttle goes to campuses and grocery stores! Serious inquiries only!! :)
I’m so sad I have to leave because I loved this apartment but I am moving out of Orlando. I will be graduating from UCF next month. The roommate’s are all females. Very clean and respectful girls. I am hoping to find them someone who is also clean and respectful. There are currently no pets in the unit so they wouldn’t mind if one.
