This is a shared room with a bathroom en-suite with double sink and plenty of storage. I also have a reserved parking space that’s $69/month (included in the $810), if you don’t need the parking space total rent will be $741/month. The apartment comes with all amenities including a washer/dryer + dishwasher in the apartment. I a Also a gym, pool, & a clubhouse!

The roommates are very respectful and considerate. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves since we all have busy schedules.
