2 story, 3 bed, 2.5 bath home in gated community near town center of Boynton Beach with easy access to I95 and the turnpike. Cable and internet covered, though water and electric split for accountability of use.

My teenage daughter stays with me, randomly though. So the other full bathroom would be shared with her but she stays with her mother most of the time. Then there’s my dog, a Wheaton Terrier that’s hypoallergenic. My daughter living with me is the only reason that the listing is limited to females. My biggest ask is that male friends or significant others are not in the home while my daughter is there without me.
