This is a May lease takeover! Lease ends June 30th, but looking for a female roommate who would want to renew for the next year.

Single bedroom shared bath in a 3BR 2BA apartment. Floor to ceiling windows, walk in closet, hot tub, heated pool, gym, sauna, steam room, resident lounge, koi pond (with turtles!), and BBQ stations. We have a dog (he’s super sweet)! Female roommate only please. Utilities included. 2 Laundry rooms in the building. 24 hour front desk and package service. Secured entry. Street parking (always available).

Location: Westwood. Less than 5 min walk to a 7-eleven, 99 Ranch, Bristol Farms, ice cream shop, wine bar, coffee shops, massage studio, restaurants, and a park. 20 minute bus ride to UCLA (free) or 30 min walk. Perfectly situated close enough to campus to get to class easily but far enough away to get a break from the college scene.

One is a nursing student, the other studying psychology. Quiet and Clean with great taste in music.
