The room for rent is located in the downstairs of the townhome and is the only room of three on the bottom floor. There is a half bathroom downstairs which is typically only utilized by the person renting the downstairs room. The full restroom is located upstairs. The downstairs are includes the living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, half bathroom, and bedroom to be rented. Being on the first floor there is privacy and full access to storage in the half bathroom for yourself. There is a garage and outside parking available for three cars. The townhome is within a 10 minute drive to Stan State as well! Outside bills include TID, PG&E, and WiFi. WiFi is $20 each month and the remaining bills average at about $40-$60. On average, you would be paying around $615 each month with utilities and WiFi!

I am one of three current roommates whom all attended and graduated from Stanislaus State. Currently, I am finishing up my masters program and plan to move back home after graduation. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends and may be renewed in February of 2025. Both roommates are out of school, female, and work in the Stanislaus county area. I have known them since my undergraduate years and have always gotten along well as they are both really nice girls! We also have two house pets which include a cat and a bunny (:
