Old Vestal Road

The whole apartment is just renovated last year. It’s new and clean. Furnituring needs to be discussed. Wifi and electricity are not included, while heat and gas are included. Laundry room is inside the building. The location is closed to Target in Vestal.

I am a Ph.D. student in Binghamton University. This is a 2B2B apartment. So my roommate and I will have separate personal space. Only kitchen and living room are shared area, but this whole area is not that big. I look for a female roommate who may stay longer. Hope you are quiet, clean, and don’t smoke.
