Michigan Avenue

Located just a block away from Hyde Park Square. Our apartment is on both the second and third floors with two balconies, in-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and gas heat, and plenty of storage in the basement. The landlord is amazing and prompt with response time if we ever need anything. Very quiet neighborhood close to a cul-de-sac so there is minimal thru traffic as well. All floors were updated to hardwood, all new drywall and recessed lighting throughout before we moved in 3 years ago. Move in dates are June 1st or August 31st, and the option to renew the lease would be June of 2025!

You would be living with Anne until June of 2025, and Torri will be moving out August 31st as she is getting married this year. Anne works as both a hair stylist and substitute teacher, and Torri works in the trades as a comfort advisor. We both enjoy cooking, wine, taking walks, exploring Cincinnati’s various restaurants and bars, traveling, and reading! We’re both laid back when it comes to having guests over or having a get together at the apartment, and love to keep common areas clean and tidy. We’re great at taking turns with cleaning the bathroom, sweeping, dishes, and other chores.
