Looking for a woman to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom apartment in Downtown Minneapolis- The Apartment is located in Loring Park, within minutes of Downtown. Apartment is located on the 23rd floor with an amazing downtown view, lots of storage and gets plenty of sunlight. Building amenities include a 247 Gym, Sauna, Pool (can be used all year long), 247 Concierge, Complementary Coffee, Dog walk, Laundry facility on site, etc. Your part of the rent would be 715$ ( A great deal based on the area, amenities & the apartment)

You can get a parking spot for an additional 100$

Utilities include heat, water, sewage, trash, internet, etc.

Electric bills are approximately 40-50$ per month (Your share would be 20-25$)

I’ve stayed in the building for about 1 and half years now and my experience has been great so far- super nice community, easy access to the transit system and peaceful. Only moving out because I’m moving in with my boyfriend and looking for a bigger space.

I currently have another female roommate who is leasing the other room and will be staying until the end of lease term (January 2025). Option to renew lease if needed. You will have your own room and a private bathroom but will be sharing the kitchen and living room space with my roommate- She is a very pleasant, easy going female in her 40’s and mostly works on-site at a pre-school during the weekdays-
