Gina's room

Room has it’s own entrance and separate quarters from the other bedrooms. Large closet, screened in pool, parking right next to door, nice quiet, safe neighborhood.

I am a professional female. I am rarely home because i travel out of town frequently for work. I have two teen daughters who are only with me every other week. They are very well mannered and soft spoken. They are in school all day an typically just in their room studying or on their phones. I have family gatherings once in a while and any roommate I have will absolutely be like family and would be welcomed at gatherings if they desired. I would also allow my roommate to have gatherings as long as we both let each. other know in advance. Visitors are welcome as long as they have background checks and not several different people on different nights.
