Melissa's room

The apartment complex is in the heart of downtown Greensboro. It’s near lots of cute cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The complex is gated and maintained in great condition. There is a decently sized pool, gym, and even a dry sauna. You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom. I’ll add photos of the room once my roommate gets home from work– didn’t want to take pics without her permission :)

Hello! My name is Melissa (30 y/o) and I am a PhD student at UNCG. I currently live in a 2bed/ 2bath apartment in downtown Greensboro. My current roommate has been on the hunt for a 1bed/1ba in this complex and one just opened up. She would be moving out around May 1st, I believe. We each pay $750 plus utilities a month. I’m quiet, friendly, and respectful. Super busy (grad school life, what can I say?) but happy to chill and watch a show together on the weekends. Hoping to find another roommate in their mid 20s-30s who is respectful but fun .
