Looking for a Female adult single (perfect for a working professional). To rent a newly renovated private floor of my home. This space comes fully furnished with everything included in the pictures. The private areas include a bedroom with a XL closet with a queen bed, bathroom, living room/dining room w/ an office space with more storage and another space with a mini kitchenette area including a refrigerator, microwave, etc…. The shared washer and dryer is located in the basement and the full kitchen is on the main level with your own countertop/cupboard space, use of all kitchen appliances, dishes, etc…. Rent is $950 a month including all utilities, Wifi, DVD player, Apple TV boxes (in the living and bedroom). Both myself and the other renter are both Christian females and would love to have another believer in the house. No pets of any kind are allowed. I have two small dogs who aren’t allowed in the main areas when others are around.

I am a full time working professional in her early thirties and the roommate in her late twenties is pretty chill who lives here as well but we both have our own spaces. So the only times you will see us is in the kitchen if we are cooking.
