Rita Khan's room

private room. Room is big enough for two people or one person. One person and couple price difference. Room is currently furnished with a bed, some night stands, chairs, book shelve, and coffee table. If you do not want to use any of the stuff in the room that is completely ok. Just let me know before move in so I can clear the items.
If you would like to use them completely ok as well. windows, closet, remodeled room, hardwood floor, stainless steel appliances in kitchen, bathroom is shared. laundry unit is not for tenant use. private access to tenant side.

there are currently two tenants on site both male. They are respectful and help around when asked. Both tenants nice people.
