About the House: 5 bedroom newer house with 3,000 sqft. Big living room with a huge kitchen. There are 2 fridges in the kitchen so you have plenty of room for your food. Large spacious pantry room and plenty of cabinet space. There are many big windows throughout the house which bring in a lot of light into the house. Appliances include gas stove, 2 microwaves, washer dryer, and 2 fridges, Backyard is spacious with Jacuzzi. Second floor has the remaining of the rooms and a large loft to relax and watch movies (projector and surround sound). Pool table downstairs and open for everyone to use. Plenty of parking in the cul-de-sac. Off of Clinton Keith (215) 3 minutes off of highway. Near the new Costco.

About the Roomates: We are all young male professionals working full time so we’re barely home. Everyone is clean, respectful, and friendly. We would like the new roommate to share similar values and most importantly feel welcomed. Overall it is a very relaxed and drama free environment and we would like to keep it that way.
