We are looking for a new roommate for our 1800 sqft 3 bed 2 bath house with a huge backyard and gym in bay ho (west Clairemont, east pb).

What’s available: The room is 10’4“x 8’4“ with a closet. It can fit a queen bed and a small desk.

The bathroom is a shared bathroom with one other person (Daniel) with a heat lamp and lots of storage.

The house is fully furnished except for the available room. (Can come with a bed) It has central ac/heat, laundry room, dishwasher, a garage we use for storage, and a huge backyard. It also has a spare room that is set up as a gym and you’re more than welcome to use it! We have a driveway that fits one car but we live on a cul-de-sac and street parking is never an issue.

We like spending time with friends and we have kickbacks and parties pretty often (the space is pretty fun for that lol). That being said, we’re always respectful of people’s work/school schedules and we make a point to stay on top of cleaning up after. We also hope you would want to join in but no worries if you don’t!

About you: Mid 20s - mid 30s (23-33 ish?) No pets! (I (Kristin) have a cat named Katniss and it’s her turn to rule the house) 420 / alcohol / queer friendly Open minded and communicative Keep common areas clean Participate in house chores We don’t care about overnight guests and only ask that you are respectful and keep common areas clean.

Cost: $1375 monthly rent $32 monthly internet SDGE runs about $80-150 a person, depending on AC/heat usage. $60-80 for water every 2 months. $30 application fee $1,333 security deposit. We are on a month to month lease, OUTGOING (not you) tenant just needs pay $200 documentation fee to landlord when leaving (to leave lease/ transfer deposit)

About us: We have both lived here together for over 2 years!

I’m Kristin (she/her), I’m 33 and I work from home full time as an accountant. I have about 100 hobbies but my current favorites are weightlifting, gymnastics, and roller skating. I also go to a lot of concerts! I generally keep pretty quiet during the week and like to hangout with my friends on the weekend.

I’m Daniel (any pronouns), I’m 23 and I work in biochemistry and as a volunteer at a local music venue. I spend most of my time at home cooking, watching TV, video games, reading, and so on. Recently I’ve spent a lot of time out working concerts and hanging with friends which has been really rewarding. Ideally whoever moves in feels like this can be a home more than just a place to sleep.
