Southeast 34th Avenue

Room available for rent from May 9-July 30. 22 year old girl rents out a room and 73 year old man (landlord) lives in the other room. The girl pretty much keeps to himself. The man is really nice, has a cat and dog, and is a professional photographer.

Room photo: room has gray curtains now, no wooden chair or couch inside, there is a desk+ chair, bed frame is a metal bed frame now, there is the same dresser (but it is now in the closet), full sized bed, a TV and Tv stand/shoe rack, a love seat, and coffee table. Anything can be removed or added.

I’m a student and will be out ok rotations during these two months, so I am willing to let anyone stay and use my furniture.
