This is a gated quiet and safe community directly across a highschool. You are close to Tustin Marketplace, with all the shopping, restaurants, theater, supermarkets and all other amenities galore. There is a swimming pool and a gym in the community. There are 2 master’s suite in the house with private bathrooms. Although all the rooms are occupied, you will have your total privacy. Your master’s suite with a bath is downstairs and secluded from the rest of the roommates who have rooms upstairs. The room is furnished. You can bring your own bed sheets, or whatever you need.
You will be sharing the home with very good people. All are nice, quiet, considerate and respectful roommates. All financially responsible with their rents. They are keeping their fingers crossed that I find a new roommate that is a great fit for the house.
So you will be sharing the house with a young man whose Grandma left him the house. He was raised very well. Most of the time, he is at his girlfriend’s house and stays the night there. Another great roommate, Luis from Puerto Rico is a very nice, considerate professional man who works 2 jobs. He is squeaky clean. Cleans after himself. Roommates love him and want him to live in that house forever! The other one is a psychiatrist from Iran. The gentlest, sweetest gentlemanest man you could ever meet. He is also very squeaky clean. He keeps the public area clean. He shares the upstairs master’s bedroom with his wife who is a caregiver and is gone from the house 3 days a week, working as a caregiver.
The reason the room downstairs is going to be available is we are looking for an easy going, friendly, quiet roommate that would be a great fit for the home. We want to continue with the positive energy of the house.
