Susan Allen's room

This is a fully furnished room for rent in a 3-bedroom house on a quiet street near UCR and March Air Force base in Moreno Valley, CA. The room comes with a bed, bookcase, 2 bedside stands (with USB ports), a chair, and wall mirror; all linens and blankets will be provided. (See PICS); there is also a very large window that opens for fresh air, and has black-out drapes if needed. The room has a very large closet 12 ft. long, 8 ft.. high, with shelves and hanging; full WiFi, and Parking; rent includes all utilities–w/air-conditioning in the summer. Coffee is available each morning in the kitchen, or, if you prefer, I will provide a personal coffee pot in your room. Tenant will always have full access to the entire home, and kitchen which is fully furnished with all dishes, cooking utensils, flatware, etc., and tenant will have a complete half refrigerator and freezer for food and storage; washer/dryer on the premises. It does not come with a TV, however, there is space for one, or it can also be mounted on the wall of your room. The bath is HUGE (10 FT BY 20 FT) and will share with only one other female. There are 2 complete vanities and tenant will have their own private vanity with storage, as well as a large private closet storage in the bath; there are sliding glass doors to the patio (with blinds), The shower is 5 ft by 7 ft with a rain shower and water jets. All towels and linens will be provided. The house also has a very large, fully furnished patio which can be used all year long. There is one other tenant, who is travels and is not around a lot. I am a single woman with no drama and a very clean and quiet home–YOU MUST HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR!!
