Private bedroom for rent. It’s the lower part of the house with private access through the garage or sliding glass door entrance. There is. shared bathroom upstairs with the shower however there is a bathroom in the room as well just no shower or bath. The room has a fireplace as well! We have a king bed that we can furnish the room with if needed! Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Dishwasher. Big fenced backyard with patio and fire pit. I currently have one dog already so we would prefer no cats. Dogs accepted on a case to case basis. We’re relatively quiet, easy going, and clean and looking for someone who matches that energy. 420 friendly. It’s just myself, my boyfriend and two other roommates. We all pretty much stick to our selves but are all very chill and friendly. All bills (garbage, water, power, gas) are usually 100-150 a month depending on the time of year. $300 non refundable deposit 6 month and 1 year lease available
