Brookside Drive

House is 3 bedroom 2 bath. One roommate is moving abroad on the first of May. Price doesn’t include utilities but good news is split 3 ways. We prefer those to 12 months lease.

Me and roommate is 40+. Bills are paid on time no exceptions. I have a Labrador and I work m-f from home. Roommate is not here much. He works 3 jobs mostly evenings. Neither of us throw parties but he does have friends over sometimes to play cards in the garage. We both smoke but only outside. We would love to have new roommate that pays their bills.
