Joe's room

The available room is intended for single occupancy and is open to both females and males. Our inclusive household welcomes individuals from all backgrounds.

Here are the details of the room: it is private with a shared bathroom that is only shared with one other person. The room is located on the main floor, covering 110 sq ft, and includes a closet and two windows. The monthly rent is $620 excluding utilities, and the lease is for 12 month intervals.

We are looking for one additional roommate to join our household. The current roommates are in their late 20s, and we expect the new roommate to be respectful and cooperative in maintaining a harmonious household. The following expectations should be met:

• Willingness to clean up after oneself and keep common areas tidy
• Steady employment for more than 6 months and ability to pay rent and utilities
• Openness to communication, accepting feedback, and getting along with other roommates respectfully

Joe and Sean are currently renting a lovely four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Hinsdale. We have decided to open our home to two individuals to help reduce rent costs and give others the opportunity to live with us. Sean is a dedicated gamer and a bit more introverted, but he is also incredibly generous and always willing to lend a helping hand. Joe will be your main contact for rent payments and getting settled in. In his free time, Joe enjoys outdoor projects and relaxing at the beach to catch some sun in the summer. Sean prefers ordering out, while Joe tends to cook more frequently.
