Single room month to month with shared bathroom and spaces. Deposit and first month’s rent required for move in.

Must provide background check and proof of income. 🚫No couples, kids or pets.

Washer and dryer use included in price.

This is a drama free / community house.

I am a veteran with 1 cat 🐈 work in IT. Like to keep things clean and organized so if you won’t wash dishes right after use and are a slob this place is not for you. Mostly stick to myself.
