The property is very nice and is located in a safe neighborhood in South Marysville /North Lake Stevens. We do have home security which we set everynight. The house is new’ish. It’s 3 years old. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath. Nice and roomy here. Approximately 2500 sq. ft. This house is quiet. We do have a fire pit in the back yard if you enjoy sitting outside. There is also central air in the house!
We have two friendly females living here now and there is a golden retriever emotional support dog. The dog is very well behaved and is crated sometimes. You must clean up after yourself whatever messes you make. That includes the bathroom. Please clean up the bathroom when your done using it. Everyone takes turns taking out the garbage and recycling. Everyone helps with the weekly chores to assure the house is staying tidy. If you tidy up after yourself, the house stays clean and its out of respect for the other roommates. Must complete background check. Bills are not included in the rent but they aren’t very expensive divided 3/3 ways! No drama here please! No drugs/Non smokers only!
