I am looking for one friendly and responsible individual to join us (me and my 25-year-old male roommate) in signing a lease for a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bed-Stuy ASAP.

Here are some of the requirements:

1. Serious Inquiries Only: Need to be able to sign the lease ASAP, move-in date May 1st.
2. Cleanliness: Must have the ability to maintain cleanliness and keep the apartment clutter-free (pictures are examples of how it should not look like lol).
3. Good Communication: Must be drama-free and know how to communicate openly.
4. No 420 in the Apartment. My home is a place where I relax, and I would love to create this space with you 🫶
