This room shares a bathroom with one other person.

This is a lease take over with a little over 1 year left on the lease, and the room comes unfurnished - lots of space to make it your home! Flexible move in around the first week of May.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and am moving out to live with my partner (I love this house!). Comes with two amazing, respectful, funny cisgendered male roommates and their sweet pups (sorry no additional pets). Can’t recommend enough!

David - mid-thirties, works as a tutor virtually from home and in-person in Hollywood (mostly works afternoons/evenings). Actor/comedian, incredibly respectful and has the sweetest pup Genie.

Adam - early-forties, actor/comedian who works from home and has a very playful and kind dog named Opposum. He loves Crossfit and keeps the kitchen super clean!
