This property is beautiful! It’s $2850 per month. It’s a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house. I’m going to look at it but, I need 4 other responsible roommates to live with that pay their rent and bills. I also need roommates that clean the house and their rooms. I’m going back to college to get my doctorate degree. I can’t deal with large parties. Small gatherings are fine. I am the only roommate as of now. Peek-a-boo😂. I am clean, a jokester, love movies, love to write my screenplays and lyrics, I am from Jersey so, I sound like Fran Drescher and that’s on a good day lol, I enjoy cooking cause, no one in California knows how to make a meatball that doesn’t taste like dog food, I am easy to get along with, I love the outdoors and nature and I am just chill.
