Teri's room

Private Room in my home. You will have a private entrance and ensuite bathroom with large walk-in closet - all totaling about 300 sf. There’s a small fridge in your room and we share access to the kitchen, the full refrigerator, stove, etc. We also share access to the washer and dryer. You will have a dedicated off-street parking space.

I am the only other person in the house. I’m quiet, private and easy going. I am health conscious and live mindfully and prefer a roommate who is similarly inclined. I often work from home and require quiet and privacy for large parts of the day. When watching television or streaming, we will each need to wear earbuds or headsets to ensure quiet for the other.
